Range to be between

It is very important to check the pH at least twice a week, preferably daily. A low pH reading can cause damage to equipment and can also cause skin irritation . A high pH reading can cause scale and cloudy water. The ideal range is between 7.2 and 7.6. The chlorine in your swimming pool will not work correctly if the ph level is not balanced.

 When using any chemicals, always follow label directions.
